You received your bike, accessories or parts but for some reason you need to return it. No sweat, we got your back. Orders placed for direct shipment from fujibikes.com to your residence are eligible for return and a refund within 30 days of purchase. We will issue you a return label and the shipping charges will be deducted from your refund: $50 for bikes, $9 for soft goods, parts, and accessories.
All Item(s) must be in new, unassembled, unused condition and with all original packaging, hangtags, and parts. Once your returned item is received, Fuji will review the product and issue refunds accordingly. If the item you returned is not in new, unused condition with all original packaging, hangtags and parts, then the item being returned is considered used. Fuji will contact you and has the option to ship the product back to you or adjust your refund amount based on the condition of the item being returned.
Fuji does not accept used items for returns unless there is a warranty issue.
Fuji does not offer exchanges.
Returns on orders shipped to Fuji retailers are at the retailers discretion. Please contact your Fuji retailer for their individual return policy.
To return an item:
- Please email customerservice@fujibikes.com for a Return Ticket Number.
- Once we receive your return request, we’ll generate a return label and email it to you. You will need to print out the return label and adhere it to the package you are returning.
- Please print and complete the Fuji No-Sweat Return Form PDF linked below and include it with your package.
- After you adhere your return label to your package, drop the shipment at the closest FedEx hub/agent near you.
- Once your return has been received by Fuji Bikes, we will review the return and issue a credit to the original payment method you used less return shipping cost: $50 for bikes, $9 for soft goods, parts, and accessories. Credits typically appear on your account 7-14 days after Fuji receives the return.
PLEASE NOTE: This return policy applies to direct shipments from fujibikes.com. Items returned MUST be returned unused in new condition with all manufacturer’s packaging included. Please package your returns carefully, as we will not accept returns that show signs of assembly, use, or damage.

If you are returning an item to Fuji, please fill out all sections of the form attached below and include it in your return shipment. DO NOT SEND ANYTHING BACK BEFORE CONTACTING FUJI BIKES AND RECEIVING A RETURN TICKET NUMBER!
