Yes, we are happy to help any original Fuji owner replace a frame in the event of a non-warranty situation. This would be a case of if your bike was crashed or your frame was rendered unusable due to reasons other than a manufacturing defect as outlined in the Fuji Bikes Warranty Policy.
As with warranty claims, we ask that you work with your local Fuji dealer to learn more about the process, but the general rule will equate to a discount off of the MSRP of whatever bike/frame you would like.
