The Fuji warranty policy extends limited lifetime coverage on defects in materials and workmanship for the bicycle frame and non-suspension fork when the product is purchased from and assembled by an authorized Fuji dealer. All warranty claims are evaluated and handled through our authorized Fuji dealers. To file a claim, please bring your Fuji bike or product to your local Fuji dealer. If you are going to file the claim at a Fuji dealer that is different from the one where you originally purchased the product, then you must bring a copy of your receipt or invoice that proves you are the original owner of the product. If you do not have an authorized Fuji dealer in your area, you can work with any local bicycle shop to assist you with the claim.
